So what's up folks? I'm really sorry for the hiatus that has been happening here in this blog. You see my third semester just started and I ended up taking 24 credits (which is the maximum credits that a student can take in one semester) where 21 of them are law classes and the 3 remaining credits are liberal arts class. This hecticness couldn't get any worse, seriously! Like I have tons of assignments that ready to be worked during the short holiday, in addition three group presentations are waiting in line woo hoo.

So couple of days ago I watched this thailand movie which turns out to be one of the oscar nominee movie back in the 2007. The movie titled The Love of Siam. I found this movie really awesome, despite its gay romance related movie whatsoever. The movie doesn't only revolve around gay romance, NO! it revolves regarding love in general, especially family. It touched me really deep when I watched this movie. I gotta tell you, just because it has a gay scene (though only one kissing scene) you won't watch it, you are so square man. It's been quite awhile since my last post. So finally my short semester ends, it ended about two weeks ago, and I'm currently enjoying the holiday following the short semester. I went to Bali a couple of weeks. I went there with a couple of my friends and stayed there for six days. These are some photos I took there. I must say, Bali really packed with fabulous restaurants with scrumptious foods.

As final examination of semester two has ended, I celebrate it by going to Bandung. Went to several cool places there, and attended the PMKT (Pasar Malam Kampus Tiga) that held by Faculty of Social Science and Political Science of UNPAR. Photos above were taken in course of the event.

Howdy people! I CANNOT believe it, the very first year of my university life is nearing its ends. Two weeks from now I will have my final examinations of semester two and there'll be a three months holiday afterward, or there'll be a short semester for two months. I'm now contemplating either to take the short semester or enjoy the full holiday.

A couple of days ago I saw in my facebook homepage an awesome album listed in Burberry facebook account. The whole pictures in the aforesaid album blow me away, it made my jaw dropped!. The album was filled with photos of random people who wears the famous Burberry trench (I've always wanted to get a trench coat for myself but the lack of winter or cold season in Indonesia calls off my will to afford one, nyeh!). The photos were taken by The Sartorialist in accordance with Magnum Photos for Burberry - Art of the Trench. So here are some of the photos from facebook, check it out!

Brightspot Market

I know Brightspot Market was like what, ages ago? but i feel like if i don't storm my blog with post regarding the event that would be so square. So i went to Brightspot Market with couple of friends, i was expecting something huge from the event but it failed to blow me away, literally. But on the contrary Brightspot was indeed awesome, judging from many jakartan fashion junkies came to the event. The fashion junkies that came to the event were attend stunningly with their own flair, they blew me away. Most of the stores provide only for women, and not too many for men. The decoration was adequate but what i unfortunate for is the venue of the event. Due to the size of the venue, the market was divided into two places connected with small corridor. I didn't take any photos of the item that sold at the market, but hopefully you can be satisfied with the above photos that i took in the course of the event.

p.s: I have received the result of my midterms, and i'm not quite happy for what i've got. I know i should've put more efforts, but i didn't. I survived the warfare of midterms and currently waiting for the results, finger crossed for obtaining good marks. In addition, this week starts with dreadful Monday, and i may presume it was the worst day in my semester two so far. The lecturer struck us down with his tantrum which lead us onto valley of misery, and this is not the first time. The assault also lead me to a fork, where i have to choose between bailing out from his class or cope with it for another one year. Still contemplating which is the most sensible settlement of my current issue.

Bokeh Photography

Bokeh is one of the Photography technique that now become popular again. The reason why it become popular again nowadays is because it's colorful and beautiful. Most of the Bokeh is resulted from out-of-focus photograph of lights or lamps, but it also give a nice warm effect as background of an object regardless human or still live object. If you want to make Bokeh you can use macro lens type, which specialized on giving beautiful out-of-focus, telephoto lens also able to make Bokeh but not as beautiful as macro lens can does. But, if you cannot afford neither both of the lenses, you may use a 55mm lens which very affordable yet provide you with amazing aperture. Below are some of my Bokeh Photography that i took by myself.

I finally had a chance to join the photography club at my campus. This photo was taken a couple of days ago during the studio session. This is actually my first time taking pictures with studio lighting and backdrop. There are several other photos that i captured but, they are not good enough i guess. I was hoping the model could pose like those models on Vogue Magazine, but oh well...
Aside from this photo, my university assignments is overwhelming me like SERIOUSLY! in fact, i don't feel to well right now, i feel like i'm DRAINED!while a couple of books need to be summarized, one due on monday and the other one will be on the next day. I have no idea how am i going to finish those shits by the time.

Semester two has officially started today, and the assignment for the very first class
of semester two is overwhelming, seriously. Like tons of book need to be read
and summarized. Aside from university hectic thingy, my friend, well i can say my
best friend she went to German this midnight, she's probably in the plane
right now. Although i only known her for year and a half but we've been quite
close to each other, she was also the one who introduced me to the world of photography. Dea is her name, used to be very tomboy but somewhat that personality slowly diminish.

Pursuant to the Jennifer An post a couple of days ago which stated about my readiness to work with her, in this post i have another model that i hopefully can work with someday. The name is Tom Nicon, if you are a Burberry fan you might recognize this man. He has done a couple of campaigns for Burberry. Tom Nicon is a France with height approximately 6'2" or 188 cm. I found his face is quite unique (in a good sense of course). He also has done a couple of runway shows for Hugo Boss F/W 2009-10, Louis Vuitton F/W 2009-10, Burberry Prorsum F/W 2009-10 and many else.

She was one of the top four contestant on American Next Top Model Cycle 13, along with Erin they were both eliminated on the 11th episode which is the Pele, Goddess Of Volcanoes episode. I have to admit her last photo shoot on the show was indeed average yet weak, but still as for the whole show her pose was all stunning. From the very first photo shoot, Jennifer has already shows her talent and exquisite body. She's the first Asian model that I'm dying to work with later on.

As i had written, i went to bandung yesterday. I didnt only go to ciwalk but i went also to this amazing pancake house. The name of it is Nanny's Pavillon, it has a very AWESOME interior, yet a very scrumptious culinary. The price range also average, just need to adjust your money.

So last nite i spent the night at benton where i supposed to spend it at pantai mutiara at this jetski cafe, but for some reasons we canceled it. Me went to planet noodle with fonny dity and haris and took several pictures there. Afterwards we went to dity and haris's kostan which happen to be maria and elize's kostan as well. There we did so many things, from watching random videos on youtube, storytell by maria and elize concerning CRAWLING GRANDMA! God it was so scary, i was quivering when they story told me about it,lol. But it was an awesome night thou, and for dity maria elize and fonny Happy holiday and have a save flight to bali.

So today i supposed to buy a new jacket for myself, but out of my expectation the jacket that i craved for is beyond the limits of my allowance can afford for. Disgruntled by the fact that i have to face, i went to look another listed things that i want. Ended up with pleasuring myself by bought a tripod yeaaay... I finally can supply all the needs for my photography addiction. Satisfied by a tripod on my hand, i continue to practice all my new photography supplies that i bought. Born from the Hedonism the two photos above....

So i bumped into this picture in my iPhoto , at first i felt this photo is inadequate, but then again when i oversaw it,i felt that this photo is not that bad. Then i ended up edit this photo.

This photo was taken in Kota Tua, Jakarta, but it wasn't me who took this photo, it was a friend of mine, Dea. We've been hunting photo quite alot.

It's been a while since i updated my blog with fashion photographs. So these pictures below were taken like a month ago but yea i had some obstacles concerning many things. So the model this time are Elizabeth and Maria Rahajeng, they were from Bali and now we're in the same university, but different major. I had a very very very fun time during the shoot. I mean all these time i've never use a real model as my object, but finally i got the chance to work with real models. Yes , the wall that i've been holding long enough finally it's tremble. Gak tau kenapa gue berasa hari ini sangat menyedihkan dan melelahkan. It all started when i ditched my brother pre-wed photo shoot and went for attend this stupid class which sadly turned up into HELL. I'm freaking nervous about facing this mid-term thingy , and plus today when i fell into the deepest hole and i was in need of a friend , none of them were there. Yup i finally yelled at the deepest of my heart "I NEED MY HIGH SCHOOL FRIENDS SOO BADLY ." I need a friend like what i used to have , friends where i could tell anything and always there when i need them so badly. Right now i feel like i'm all alone in here , all i have right now is my safety little box. I hope i wont have another day like today in a couple of months , at least until the second semester. Hope tomorrow will be better than today..............................

Okay first of all,i read an email from my senior regarding the IHL moot competition. She wrote that she wants to be updated about the IHL compromis thingy , also she wants to have the timeline up dated . Yea , i finally joined a moot competition , the name of the competition isInternational Humanitarian Law . I feel proud to myself though this ain't as big as the other competitions my friends enrolled , but at the other hand i take it as a very obnoxious thing . The busy busy time that i'm gonna thourgh , and the pressure that i'm gonna bear are my concern . At first when i was informed i refuse to join but then the senior forced me and yup here i am . Now i'm totally regretting this , i haven't prepared myself to be busy busy , but nothing can i do now because i'm already commited to join this and i don't want to be called as a coward for escape before even started .

Anyway , today i went to PIM which i've been sporadically visited . I went there with couple of friends , we ate at Sushi Tei the best sushi restaurant ever , haha . We also had some chitchat since we haven't meet each other for a while . After Sushi Tei-ing , we went to karaoke which totally lovely . Here's some pictures from today meeting :

First of all i want to say :

Okay those photos above were again taken and edited by :ME . But the cookies weren't made by me, since i don't get along with kitchens and it companies , the cookies were given by my auntie she baked this all by herself i suppose . Yesterday was lebaran day , after a month fasting lebaran is like a day to revenge for not eating from dusk till dawn (or it's just me who have a thought like this) .Me and my family were pray at Masjid At-tin as usual , but the diffrent was my big brother didn't come for lebaran due to his duty as a Police Officer in Medan , shame for him , lol . But anyway like the previous years my mom did another Open House thingy which made all the maids in the house overwhelmed . We had soto , and bakso for the foods not like other family who served opor and ketupat , my mom thinks that opor and ketupat are already lame for lebaran food , haha yea rite mom . Speaking of open house yep , yesterday there were many of my siblings came to my house and yea we did silaturahmi since it was a sporadic moment to meet almost all the family members at the same time . It was really fun and tiring though...

As for my second day,it went just like another holiday . Me and some members of my family went to eat sushi at Poke Sushi in Crown Plaza Hotel at first , but disappointedly the restaurant was closed due to lebaran , then after we found out about it me decided to go to Gran Melia Hotel to eat there , and thank o God the restaurant was open as it is . I had sushi , sashimi , potato mashed , grilled beef , hainan rice and duck , lamb as my main course (yes i eat alot!) . Then i continued tiramisu , brownise , crepe with ice creams as my dessert , which totally a bliss ! . After filled my tummy with alotta amo we headed back home .

I am just so grateful that i got a chance to enjoy my high school life with a very wonderful friends.For me friends are way more than just a peopleyou know,above that,friends are like a very wonderful teacher to me,they taught me how to laugh,they taught me how to smile when i'm blue,they taught me how forgiveness is crucial,they taught me how to completing each others,and the most important thing is,they taught me what love and life means.All i wanna say is my high school life just not gonna be the same without you guys,thank you thankyouu very very much to you guys.I owe something really really precious to you guys,and there is no more important things than enjoy my high school life with you guys.In this note also i want to ask your forgiveness about my bitter that might still hurt you,please leave the resentment behinds.And the last still,once again and again i wanna say "I'm so grateful to had a chance to laugh,cry,enjoy,and love with you guys,thanks for everything and thanks for the most precious moments that you all gave me!!".

My first Photograph

This(left side) was my first photo hunting,lol.Ayy,i just new to photography so this photo might tore ur eyes,lol.Anyway i used photoshop to change the color tone,and the highlight.I took this photo used my canon slr and using image stabilazer as the lens,and using circular pl as the filter.The girl at the right side of the photo is Dea,a friend of mine.She also loves photography.Oh yeaah,about the place it was taken in the road side of the Fatahilah museum in old city district,central jakarta.

While the other one(Right side) i also used the photoshop and used the same tools.The girl that walks alone is Dhea,while the other two are gabby the one using the white hat and jeans,and Anggi the with a Boheim style.

I love booth of these photos idea,the photo on the left side is about,a girl crossing the street and a traffic jam at the other side attract her.While the other photo is about thre people crossing the road,but none of'em knows each other.
